Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Property Advisor to join our growing team at Vista Properties. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in the UAE luxury real estate market, with a deep understanding of high-value properties priced above 10 million AED. You will be entrusted with an exclusive portfolio of luxury properties and will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and closing deals with discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Actively promote and sell high-end properties in the 10 million AED+ range to high-net-worth clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including investors, property owners, and potential buyers.
Market Expertise: Provide clients with expert advice on the luxury real estate market, including trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in the UAE.
Property Tours & Presentations: Conduct private showings and presentations of exclusive properties to potential buyers.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations, facilitate transactions, and ensure smooth closing of deals.
Exclusive Portfolio Management: Work exclusively with Vista Properties luxury portfolio and maintain a thorough understanding of available properties.
Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for acquiring new listings and growing the client base.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales in the UAE, with a proven track record of closing deals in the 10 million AED+ range.
Valid UAE Driver's License: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UAE luxury real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
Fluency: Fluent in English , Spanish, French, Turkish ,iItalian, Dutch , Bristish
Networking: Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Client Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service and meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.
