Job Description:
We are seeking a Handover Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of properties from construction completion to handover to clients. You'll coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure timely completion of handover processes, and provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the handover process.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth transition of properties from construction completion to handover to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including projects, client services, collections departments, to ensure all handover requirements are met.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for handover.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for handover.
- Prepare handover documentation, including completion certificates, warranties, and maintenance manuals, and ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the handover process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in the property or real estate sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
