Mission
As a Property Inspector at Nestify, you will be responsible for visiting properties, taking pictures and videos, and completing a checklist that ensures all required items are present. You will also be responsible for providing recommendations to Nestify on improvements that could be made to enhance the property's value or appeal. Additionally, you will report findings to the Nestify team in a clear and concise manner, and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations while conducting inspections.
Responsibilities
Conduct property inspections in a timely and efficient manner
Take pictures and videos of the property and document any issues found
Complete a comprehensive checklist of required items and ensure they are present
Provide recommendations to Nestify on improvements that could be made to enhance the property's value or appeal
Report findings to the Nestify team in a clear and concise manner
Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations while conducting inspections
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations as required
Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and relevant software applications
Attention to detail, accurate reporting and punctuality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
