Frank Porter is seeking to hire a Property Onboarding Coordinator based in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of all new properties to the Frank Portfolio. You will confidently liaise with the required suppliers to ensure all services, facilities and documentation are in place according to the handover date.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised with acute attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced, hyper growth environment
Manages utility and service activations for each property as required (Du/Etisalat, DEWA, Gas, Chiller)
- Acts as the main point of contact for all new property queries
Takes notes/action points from team meeting and ensures follow up- Maintains an efficient system for ensuring all new properties are added correctly to our CRM software
Manages the CRM software to ensure that all information is relevant, updated and correct
- Undertakes periodic checks of data to ensure accuracy
Fields incoming requests from stakeholders and responds as necessary- Provides updates to stakeholders on progress and issues as and when required
Manages the disconnection of services and utilities in a timely manner
- Creates/maintains reports as and when required
Property insurance applications and renewals- DTCM permit applications and renewals
Reconciling invoices/receipts and uploading to clients statements
- Responsible for creating new Clients folders (office file)
Sending on-boarding forms to clients and ensuring all fields are filled-up with accurate information- Acts as the main point of contact between the building and FP for FP Interior design and FP maintenance permits
Excellent command of English, spelling & grammar.- Polite and warm telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Makes decisions and uses initiative/common sense with minimal guidance Persistent
