Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Advisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Sales Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identify and acquire new clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales transactions, offering training on real estate products, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and securing new clients, manage client requests, and understand their real estate needs.
Stay up-to-date on real estate industry trends, developer updates, and the latest features and specifications relevant to the UAE market.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure ongoing assistance as needed.
Address client concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with team members to align efforts and achieve shared results.
