Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Consultant Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties. You will leverage your expertise to assess clients needs, present suitable property options, and negotiate deals that fulfill the requirements of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads to expand the client base.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties.
• Negotiate offers and close deals ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.
