Roles & Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain team documentation efforts for responses to RFPs;
Analyze requirements and ensure that proposals meet requirements;- Edit and rewrite proposals, including creating templates and boilerplate text;
Draft proposals and communicate across teams to get input and meet deadlines;
- Preparation of Company Prequalification Documents as per the requirements;
Scrutinizing the tender documents & checking if all the documents are received;- Under the supervision of the Proposal Lead, develop the overall index of Technical & Commercial Submission and assign responsibilities to respective departments;
Distribution of Documents to concerned parties;
- Being the communication channel between the Proposals Department & Clients;
Coordinate between the teams to obtain the required information necessary for tender submission;- Preparation & Compilation of Draft Technical & Commercial Tender documents including non-technical writing. This may include coordinating with other staff to obtain project descriptions and scope of work; locating relevant materials on the corporate marketing database and through other means of research; formatting, editing, and writing; and helping to ensure quality and timeliness of preparation, printing, and delivery of proposals as per Bid / Tender requirements Data mining and business development efforts;
Re-checking input from all the personnel involved in Technical Tender;
- Effectively follow the Project Document Control Procedure in submissions of documents;
Ensure timely submission of Technical & Commercial Tender;- Maintaining the Proposals Logs & Records (letter, inquiry, etc.);
Proposals Weekly meetings arrangement & participation; and
- Preparation & updating the Company profile & Presentation.
- Required Education, Skills, or Tools
Bachelor of Engineering or Art in Business Management or any related field;
- Minimum 05 years of experience.
Fluency in English- Must possess exceptional organizational skills.
Must feel easy to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentation and interpretation of data quickly
- Good command of graphic design including but not limited to Org chart software for HR and operations, Typography, Adobe's Creative Apps, Interactive Media, Coding, Branding, and delivering presentations
Functional knowledge of any one sector out of Energy, Oil or gas. Infrastructure is a value-added.- Proficient user of Adobe, Visio, and Microsoft Suite;
Ability to organize workload and to manage filing methods and management techniques; and
- Outstanding Presentation & Communication skills.
