If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Proposal Manager, reporting directly to Head of Proposals to join the team based in Doha, Qatar.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Proposal Preparation (Feasibility Study, Concept Pre-Feed, FEED, Detail Engineering support to EPC Projects) and Support to Proposal Department Manager of the department day to-day operation.
- Liaise with Proposal Department Manager and Business Development Manager for the preparation of the Contractual and Commercial qualifications and ensure integration with the proposal.
- Act as the point of reference for the CFT requirements and proposals in terms of the content of Technical and commercial submissions.
- Ensure the timely submission of the proposal, organize logistics, compilation and dispatch associated with the Techno-commercial Proposal submissions.
- Read the CFT Documentation and in consultation with the LPE/PrM, prepare the structure of the contents of the proposals & pre-qualification.
- Assist the PC, LPE, PrM, and PDM with a multitude of proposal activities relating to the submission, close-out, and archiving of technical and commercial (including legal & contracts) proposals, including the necessary collaboration with all stakeholders involved for effective results.
About You:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of five (5) years in Proposals (Mainly Engineering Services and EPIC Projects is a plus)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience, including working with contracts and legal issues as well as planning, scheduling, and estimation
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in the oil and gas sector
