Job Description
- Studying tender specifications in detail.
Follow up on tender time schedule with other departments.
- Prepare tender pre-qualification documents.
- Conducts site visits and report visit findings.
- Studying and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear data, and all other technical matters during tender design state.
- Review received calculation sheets, drawings, electrical equipment, and civil proposal from other departments.
- Follow up with suppliers on technical offers and does comparisons to ensure the lowest price.
- Writing and preparing technical proposals.
- Preparing tender packaging.
- Handing over awarded tenders to the projects department.
- Preparing & submitting reports to department senior proposal and technical office leader.
- Flag issues to senior leader.
- Preparation of technical submittal for all mechanical equipment.
- Prepare a load list of all electrical loads of the project.
- Support in communication with procurement, design, and engineering department.
