Job Description:
Proposal Technical Writer should be a talented and experienced Proposal Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and well-structured proposals, technical documentation, and other related materials to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate should has an excellent writing skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other solicitations from clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
- Develop persuasive messaging and value propositions tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and process documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts and information into clear, concise, and accessible language for a diverse audience.
- Manage and organize proposal content, templates, and reusable assets in a centralized repository.
- Maintain version control and ensure consistency and accuracy of content across all documents.
- Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of proposal content.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 Years Plus Proven experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or related fields, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with proposal management tools, document authoring tools, and data management systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of database management systems and data storage solutions.
- Knowledge of DATA best practices and experience in implementing Data Sales cycle.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
