PSP Relationship Officerin our office in Amman
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the payment providers to improve the business needs.
- Liaise with departments across different entities to ensure the payment project has all necessary information to go live.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the department manager.
- Co-ordinate monthly reports of the Payments Teams.
- Facilitate interactions between the internal team and the hosted platforms for the overall success of the organisation.
- Work closely with the Payment Solutions Manager and Global Head of Payments to ensure timely and accurate requests are dealt with.
- Point of contact for all Payment providers.
- Help with managing local relationships with banking and PSP partners.
- Reformatted and Implemented reports for the finance team to reconcile PSP.
- Successfully co-ordinate and help with managing the delivery and implementation of payment provider systems which can improve operations, extensive compliance checks, client workflow and website presentation.
- Assure all technical updates are conducted annually between providers, 3rd party and in house.
- Respond to BO, sales or any department questions and queries related to payment providers.
- Provide adequate information about the available Payment Providers and solutions.
- Handleconfidential information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Report Technical errors internally and externally, expedite until resolution.
- Help with leading the negotiations with Payment and technical providers.
- Market research of payment methods for each country/region/entity.
- Competitors analysis on payment offering
- Prepare business case comparison between any potential PSP.
- Discuss BO issues, ideas and solutions with the team on regular basis to optimise BO operations.
- Continuously speak to Sales, BO, and CS for their reviews on what the clients are saying regards to client journey.
- Help with preparing requested presentations from management
- Assis with Reviewing PSPs agreements and coordinate with the legal team and the partners to finalise the draft.
- Document all communication - Confluence. New PSP/Bank, Potential PSP/Bank, agreements, sign off, audit.
- Conduct annual Credit risk review on all PSP relationships.
- Helpwith new PSPs onboarding (with seeking all related parties approvals).
- Assist with testing all payment solutions.
- Cost based approach to all payment related projects to improve net revenue.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent management and attention to details. Being flexible and adaptable is very important.
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate on complex issues.
- Project management, product management or development/programming languages are advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer operation and experienced with Excel formulas.
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Has capacity to adapt to the changing market environment and work well under pressure.
- FX and MT4/5 knowledge highly advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related.
- 1 3 years experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industries is mandatory
