Role Description
We're looking for a Psychologist/Coach to join our client's team as a conversational supervisor. You'll play a crucial role in supervising AI-user conversations, ensuring their appropriateness and safety, and contributing to the improvement of the AI coaching model, driving the development of accessible and effective coaching solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Conversation Review: Regularly review AI-user conversations within specified timeframes, identifying interactions that require attention
- Assessment: For each conversation, evaluate (i) the appropriateness of AI responses based on agreed criteria and (ii) if the user's state of mind is suitable for coaching
- Escalation: Identify and escalate critical issues relating to conversations to the designated company contact
- Data Tagging and Reporting: Tag conversations for training purposes and report findings to improve the AI model
- Collaboration: Work with the development team to provide insights for improving AI performance and safety measures
Minimum Qualifications
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Coaching, or a related field
- Experience: Previous experience in counselling, psychological assessment, coaching, or a related supervisory role. Familiarity with AI interactions and conversational models is a plus but not required
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, high level of empathy, ability to handle sensitive information, and critical thinking abilities
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital platforms and tools for reviewing conversations. Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is beneficial but not mandatory
