Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media coverage, and public appearances to ensure consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align PR efforts with overall branding strategies.
- Oversee crisis communication planning and execution to protect the company's reputation.
- Analyze PR campaigns performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in public relations, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong network of media contacts and familiarity with the local market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
