Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of public relations strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials
- Plan and execute PR events, press conferences, and media interviews
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaigns performance
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in public relations
