Job Description

Basic Function

JADEER HR P.R.O is responsible for delivering letters and parcels issued to government, private and related agencies. In addition, receives the transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities. Follow up and end transactions and procedures with the relevant government and private agencies.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Reviewing government departments and agencies to clear the transactions of the company, its employees and customers.
  • identify target audiences, then develop and share information that's tailored to audience preferences.
  • plan and develop PR strategies for individuals and organizations.
  • Taking police and traffic related procedures, such as issuing and renewing car registrations.
  • Update and complete all requirements of government forms, documents and procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations governing work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Issuance, renewal and follow-up of driving licenses and their requirements.
  • Municipal review and issuance of licenses.
  • Social insurance review.
  • Implementing the company's regulations and rules (seeing the regulations and circulars, implementing them, and keeping copies of them).
  • Taking procedures related to passports, such as requesting the issuance or renewal of residency, exit and re-entry visas.
  • Taking procedures related to the labor office, such as requesting the issuance of work permits and work visas.
  • Taking procedures related to the Chamber of Commerce, such as ratifying letters and renewing affiliation with the Chambers of Commerce.
  • Taking procedures related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, such as completing visa procedures and requesting document authentication.
  • Provide DR Daily Report about the assigned tasks.
  • Preparing reports on a monthly basis and counting the results, if required.
  • Notify the responsible managers of all of the above.
  • Keeping papers and documents in their files periodically, both on paper and electronically
  • Others:
  • Attends management meetings as required.
  • Undergoes monthly performance reviewsby the line manager.

Fulfills any other related duties, assigned by the management.
