Government Liaison :Serve as the primary point of contact between the company/clients and government departments. Facilitate and manage all communications with local authorities, including ministries, immigration, and labor offices.
Document Processing : Prepare, submit, and follow up on various documents and applications, including visas, work permits, residency permits, and company licenses. Ensure timely renewal and updating of all company-related documentation.
Compliance Management: Stay informed about changes in government regulations and ensure company policies align with new legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all governmental interactions and documentation.
Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including processing visa and work permit applications. Provide support in handling employee-related governmental issues and disputes.
Requisites :
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar role within the UAE.
Proven track record of dealing with governmental procedures and regulations.
Skills
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and business compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
