- Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Executive to oversee and optimize our international purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, extensive experience with import processes, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with overseas suppliers. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement from international factories, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies for sourcing products from international factories that align with the companys goals and budget.- Source and evaluate overseas suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with vendors.
Manage the entire import procurement process, from creating purchase orders to coordinating logistics and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Navigate and comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export documentation.- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Collaborate with internal departments, including product development and finance, to align purchasing activities with business needs.- Resolve any issues related to international orders, such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to management.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
