Job Description
Korri Star is a Lebanese company devoted to supplying automotive products, with a focus in the fields of import, export, purchases, sales and management.
Korri Star is looking for a Purchase Officer who is responsible for maintaining and tracking offers, contracts, agreements, records and details related to various orders and products in the automotive industry.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- Proficiency in English
- Work experience of 3+ years
- Experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and data analysis
- Ability to work within a team
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Primary Responsibilities
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Shipping process Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers needs and interests
