Job Description

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Assisting in handling PO system, prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. To assist with daily departmental activities and purchasing function.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist with purchasing functions and manage daily departmental operation.
Prepare purchase order and send to related vendors.
  • Work with vendors to follow up on deliver dates and back orders.
To handle purchasing works such as quotations, purchase order to supplier, monitor delivery of products.
  • To review, verify and check the details of DO & PO
Ensuring the goods are delivered on time.
  • Work with all departments as require and good communication.
To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
Computer literate
  • Required language(s): English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
  • Candidate must be good in negotiation skills and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a team.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,150.00 per month
