Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources professional at Purity 101%. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR functions to support the company's workforce in Alexandria, Egypt.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel management expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
