ANOTECH New Opportunity PVV Supervisor

- To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Client HSE procedures in all activities,
- To carry out work in compliance with Client values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreed Client priorities and objectives, Client standards and procedures and good industry practices,
- Monitor and control CTR's daily / weekly progress report for pre-fabrication, assembly, erection, post erection activities.
- Review the relevant Contractor's ITP's and procedures (in coordination with PVV activities),
- Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance plans, Inspection, and test plans.
- Cooperate with QAQC for Piping WPS, WPQT, Welders Qualification
- Monitor and control CTR's daily / weekly progress report for piping prefabrication, NDT, erection, and pre-commissioning.
- To organize and coordinate PVV Supervisor's daily tasks and activities.
- Liaise with CPY QC team to ensure that the works are closely inspected by the contractor's QC inspection team (e.g. RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.)
- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.
- Stop works & report immediately to RP Construction Head for any anomaly or non-conformity.
- Attend and participate when requested, to the various construction meetings, and provide support to the RP Construction Head in its various reviews.
- Place special focus on Riser works Developing best practice of Risers installation on Jacket/Topside, Hookup spools, Prefabrication, and achieving good dimensions.
- Review and approve the different inspection reports issued by the Contractor and/or Subcontractors/Vendors on a daily basis
- Ensure that Contractor and SubCTR's personnel are qualified for the task they've been assigned to.
- Responsible for monitoring contractor's labor resources in accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to RP Construction Head.
- Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learn
- Drive Pre-commissioning tasks to be closed out based on base line schedule.
- Drive punch list close out in a timely fashion
- To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering and construction
Minimum Experience:
At least 15 years experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 5 years experience as PVV supervisor
