Who We're Looking For:
Proxidize is in search of a dynamic and skilled Python/Django Backend Engineer. Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Strong understanding of Python and Django.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control (Git).
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Good understanding of web server deployment and optimization.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, other developers, and team members.
