What you day will look like:
- Automated Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for our frontend applications using Playwright to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability
- AI Voice Agent Testing: Write and execute tests for our AI voice agents, including making manual calls to validate performance and accuracy
- Issue Identification and Replication: Review calls identified as suboptimal, replicate issues, and document detailed reports outlining the problems that need to be addressed
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to communicate defects, suggest improvements, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to cover various aspects of our AI and frontend systems, ensuring thorough coverage and robust quality assurance
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports to support ongoing quality initiatives
- Manual Testing: Perform manual testing as needed to complement automated testing efforts and ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Sentry for logging and monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues before they impact users.
Requirements
- Testing Expertise: Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in both automated and manual testing methodologies
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using testing frameworks and tools such as Playwright for frontend testing. Experience with AI voice agents is highly desirable
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems, identify defects, and determine root causes
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing, ensuring all aspects of the application are thoroughly evaluated
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and articulate issues clearly
