Job Role : - QA Manager
Job Location : - Al Ain Mills _ UAE Branches
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily Quality Assurance checks and report as per the schedule and on ad-hoc basis as required to verify the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety & Quality Management System for Al Ain mills.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g.: - FDA, FSSC 22000, HALAL, HACCP, GMP) and industry best practices.
Verifying corrective / preventive actions for non-conformances related to customer complaints, Non-Conformance Report NCRs issued
Comply & maintain the Company Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies
Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure that Quality internal audit findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented.
Ensuring all food safety-related documents and records are controlled and that current issues are in use.
Responsible in verifying the effectiveness of corrective action for Customer Complaints/Supplier /Internal Complaints
Conduct Customer Satisfaction survey on Quarterly basis and record the report in customer satisfaction survey form.
Qualifications:
Work Experience Requirements: - Minimum 10 Years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the food industry, preferably in a flour mill or related processing facility.
Educational Qualification/Certification: - Masters degree in food science, Microbiology, Food Technology. Good Hygiene Practice, HACCP certifications.
Certifications: - HALAL, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, BRC Issue 8 Global Standards.
