It will be tasked with reviewing, planning, preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, building relationships with clients and site managers. GRG, GRC, Gypsum Ceiling & Drywall Partition, Painting Works, Wall Cladding and other related work is mandatory.

Quantity Surveyor Job Description:
e are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor must have Expert knowledge of construction costs management and contracts management. The QS will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
QA/QC Responsibilities:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour.
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks.
Analyzing the drawing and specifications of the drawing that architects or engineers provide.
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Drafting and Preparing Letters to clients and vendors.
Preparing Claims and Variations.
Monitor and Control the Actual costs against budget.
Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering.
Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability To organize, plan, and strategize.
Great networking abilities.
Ability to commute/relocate: DUBAI
