Job Scope- Establish quality standards and specifications for materials, in purchased or collected from warehouse, is according to specifications needed for installation.
Conduct regular inspections to identify deviations from quality standards.- Analyze on site work and installation methods, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Perform inspections on materials and after installation to verify adherence to specifications.
- Monitor tool installations processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
Investigate non-conformities of standards according to IMCS and work with installation teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.- Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, including documentation of deviations and corrective actions taken.
Prepare quality documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
- Communicate quality issues and trends to project management team.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
Requirements- Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
At least 1 to 3 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
- Intermediate level in computer applications i.e., Microsoft word, excel and power point;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;- Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision;
Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines;
Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work
