QA/QC Engineer

Urgent requirement for QA/QC Engineer (Management Representative) Workshop fabrication and Machining - Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

1. Visa: KSA Local Transfer only

2. Work Location: Workshop 75% and Site 25%

3. Education: BE Mechanical or Equivalent

4. Experience: 4 to 8 years experience in QA/QC activities workshop and site.

5. Minimum Certification: NDT Lv II, CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI, Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.

6. Additional certification preferred: BGAS or NACE, Lead Auditor API Q1.

6. Prefered client experience: Aramco, Neom, Swcc, Acciona, GE, Sabic.

Job responsibilities:

1. Leading a team for QMS and vendor approval Audits with third parties and clients,

2. Implementation and Monitoring of QMS, Statutory, Customer, Codes, and Standard requirements related to Product and Process.

3. Cost control planning, monitoring, and budgeting for activities related to inspection and testing.

4. Monitoring Outsource activities, Material purchase, Vendor approval and performance monitoring,

5. Handling of third parties and clients through RFI according to ITP.

6. Arranging and leading pre-bid and pre-inspection meetings with PMT and client.

7. Preparation of PQR, WPS, WQT, MOS, ITP, Weld Map, Weld summary, Inspection reports, and checklist.

8. Coordination with the production team related to all inspection activities on fabrication, welding, machining, blasting, and coating.

9. Material receiving, in-process and final inspection, dossier preparation, and submission.
