Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical or electrical.
At least 10 years of (UAE) experience
in the MEP industry, with a focus on QA/QC.high-rise residential building (G+20 and above)
projects. Experience working with reputable and
well-known clients, consultant, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of MEP shop drawings and materials.
Strong knowledge of MEP codes and regulations
, such as DCD, DEWA, and DM.- Familiarity with quality management systems, such as
ISO 9001, LEED, and FIDIC
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
