QA Supervisor - Logistics - TP

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining excellence in pharmaceutical operations We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor / Pharmacist In Charge to join our dynamic team in our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pharmaceutical products stored within the warehouse. Your role also involves leadership and supervision of logistics/Supply chain team as well as collaboration with other departments to maintain the highest standards of pharmaceutical warehousing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement SOP/Guidelines as per QA standards
• Ensure the facility compliance with federal, state and MOHAP /DM regulations and share with relevant team for their updates and actions
• Provide staff training and educations with the use of QA guidelines and SOPs and ensure Continuous improvements in all operation
• Ensure the participation in identifying the risk and to ensure the mitigation plans are implemented as per risk mitigation plans
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external Audit team for CAPA closure
• Timely update on new developments and train staff as per new recommendations to improve Quality standards

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Bachelor's in Healthcare or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the Healthcare Warehouse Management.
• MOHAP License.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

• Good knowledge in Quality Assurance elements and implementation, ISO certifications ( ISO 13485, ISO 9001 , ISO 14001, ISO 45001) /HACCP/GDP etc.
• Good Contact with MOHAP/DM authorities
• Strong and high leadership quality
• Ownership and Loyalty
• Problem solving capacity
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Professional English & Arabic communication skills.
