The MSP will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Customer's network infrastructure.

• Responsibilities:*
• Monitor servers and network traffic and performance to ensure uptime and stability.
• Manage network devices such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network components.
• Proactively detect and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide 24/7/365 support for critical network incidents and emergencies.
• Generate performance reports and provide insights for future optimizations.
