Job Description
Provide Quality Control inspection support for manufacturing process control
- Incoming inspection and testing of raw materials
- Inspection of pipes during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain inspection log of every pipe produced.
- Identifying defects and acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for spooling the pipe of production reel.
- Extract and perform Samples for QC inspection and laboratory testing.
- Support the production team leader to control process parameters in producing quality pipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- General maintenance of process equipment
Key
- High school or equivalent - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- 2 or more years of experience working in quality control and inspection, preferably in fiberglass pipe industry.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
- Experience & Knowledge working with QMS.
