Responsibilities:- Perform visual inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Record and document inspection results, including any defects or non-conformities identified, using appropriate quality control forms and software.- Communicate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to resolve quality-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain inspection equipment and tools in good working condition, and ensure they are calibrated and properly maintained according to established procedures.- Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Bachelors degree or Diploma; additional technical education or certification in quality control or related field is preferred.- Proven experience as a quality control inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
* Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes of quality issues.
