Scope 1: Quality Control
Draft quality control policies and procedures as per ser guidelines and submit to the Quality Control Manager for review and approval prior to implementation.
Define inspection protocols and sampling procedures. Determine mechanisms to be used in the testing process.
Conduct regular plant inspections to identify potential hazards or problems. Recommend needed actions accordingly.
Recommend changes in specifications of products, arts and materials based on inspection results.
Monitor quality standards and adjust to improve performance accordingly.
Conduct investigations to determine the causes of defects or other problems with products or processes.
Ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
Conduct quality audits:
to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to
Inspect the final product, comparing it to the requirements, and approve or reject its release accordingly.
Keep accurate documentation with related relevant statistical analysis for future reference.
Submit needed reports to the Quality Control Manager for update on all quality related matters along with recommendations on improvements for review and approval.
Assist external auditors and inspectors by providing all required information in a timely manner.
Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
