Job Title: QCS Welding Supervisor
Location: Any location in Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 10,000 to SAR 12,000+

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified QCS Welding Supervisor to lead and manage welding operations in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess substantial supervisory experience and hold Aramco approval.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Welding Activities: Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout all welding operations.
Implement Procedures: Oversee the application of welding procedures in compliance with Aramco Schedule-Q.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to welding teams, ensuring they are well-trained and knowledgeable about best practices.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess welding quality and productivity, conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold standards
Collaboration: Work closely with project management and engineering teams to proactively address and resolve welding-related issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding activities, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
Communication Facilitation: Promote effective communication between teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
Education: Engineering degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 13 years in welding supervision within the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role as per Aramco Schedule-Q
Certifications: Valid Aramco approval is required; additional certifications related to welding supervision are advantageous.
Skills: Strong understanding of welding processes, codes, and quality control measures, along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
Transferable iqama.
