What You Need To Know
This role will not only require you to carry out important day to day QHSE tasks, but will entail working with the global Proserv team to ensure we are world class when it comes to looking after our people and delivering top quality systems and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong quality experience and must be able to demonstrate examples of implementing new tools and processes; we believe strongly in continuous improvement so you will play an important part in increasing efficiencies across the business. What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to budget planning and risk management activities.
- Attend meetings, coordinate training, and generate reports for management and clients.
- Communicate effectively and support production and service processes.
- Track site targets, facilitate improvements, and support business initiatives.
- Conduct audits, manage non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with MSRs, providing data and reports, and ensuring GBMS compliance.
- Deliver training, generate standard reports, and review supplier performance.
- Promote improvement tools and ensure effective follow-up and prioritization.
- Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 together with any other standards that become necessary to the operation of the business
Quality
- Collaborate with GM to align local Quality strategy with global strategy.
- Demonstrate leadership in influencing others behavior regarding Quality.
- In the absence of team members, review, generate, and approve ITP and QP.
- Generate NOI and project documentation.
- Review material certifications and test documentation.
- Perform limited inspections for goods received and final release.
- Measure and communicate the cost of poor quality and the importance of right first time.
- Educate the organization on quality metrics and their impact on customers and profitability.
Health & Safety
- Align local Health and Safety strategy with global strategy.
- Lead and influence Health and Safety behavior.
- Conduct incident investigations.
- Identify and assess applicable legislation.
- Perform legislative auditing and monitoring.
- Influence and adapt to the current safety culture.
- Support supplier audits to assess safety performance.
Environment
- Align local Environmental strategy with global strategy.
- Lead and influence Environmental behavior.
- Conduct incident investigations.
- Identify and assess applicable legislation.
- Perform legislative auditing and monitoring.
