Job duties and responsibilities- Evaluation of companys practices, processes, and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 Standards.
Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the companys QHSE systems.- Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances.
Development and implementation of techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the companys QHSE systems.
- Generation of regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the QHSE systems.
Participation in periodic management review meetings and implementation of agreed actions.- Liaison with external auditors and authorities regarding QHSE matters.
Liaison with other departments and provision of appropriate training on QHSE matters.
- Planning and supervision of the activities of other QHSE personnel.
Liaison with clients and preparation of Inspection and Test Plans.- Execution of administrative activities pertaining to QHSE department.
Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety, and the Environment (QHSE).
- Job qualifications/requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position within the facility management industry in any GCC countries.
- Preferably candidates with a bachelor's degree in a similar field or QHSE qualifications.
