Hiring for QS cum Estimator ( Gulf Gardens Landscape LLC)
(Below mentioned responsibilities of Post / Pre-Contract QS Cum Estimator)
· Reviewing tender documents, contract drawings/clauses, Advance payment/Performance bond, Insurances, identifying the various elements associated with the project.
· Review & negotiation of General Conditions of Contracts for the Proposal Department before award.
· Forecast the cost/quantity of different materials required for the project.
· Track changes in the contract, Construction drawings, notifying the client/consultant regarding the cost/scope impact in the form of variations.
· Procure and agree the services of contractors and subcontractors required for the project.
· Measure the value of works done at site and prepare monthly invoice/Payment application.
· Reviewing the invoice submitted by the subcontractors and issuing payment certificates.
· Liaising with the consultant/client and other construction professionals for scope/site clarifications, variation approvals, and payment certification.
· Preparing and compiling variation claim documents, Interim/Final account payment application with relevant substantiation documents as per contract obligations.
· Preparation of BOQ for the Design and Build Projects as per specification and drawings compiling clients requirement.
· Preparation of Progress/Cost reports to identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks.
· Submission of Final Accounts and closing out the project with Client for Final Payment.
· Certifying Payment Applications from Subcontracts and to Clients and for the monthly progress of Work and invoicing the same for the payment.
· Site Visit to identify progress of work and collect the backup like photos to substantiate Variations and Claims
· Serves as the Primary contact with the client Representative and subcontractors.
· Attend weekly Consultant and Client meeting.
· Review the construction drawings and BOQ Specifications.
· Preparing BOQ for tender submission (Pre-Contract)
. Have knowledge in Landscaping works, UAE experience 2 -3 years
