Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Quality
3+ years quality control experience in Quality or Production
Thorough understanding of laminate and wood fabrication processes
Strong computer skills with experience using QC data systems
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day quality control operations across manufacturing plant, warehouses and installation sites. Ensuring rigorous inspection and control programs are implemented and adhered.
Manage quality control teams and activities in warehouse, installation, and factory to audit for workmanship quality and compliance to specifications through development and enforcement of standards, training programs, and inspection protocols.
Analyze defect and non-conformance trends across the company value chain utilizing quality performance data systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through structured problem-solving methodologies.
Factory Operations:
Manage day-to-day QC operations and inspection lines across multiple plants
Implement statistical process controls and measurement systems for critical processes
Train production staff on quality techniques, documentation standards and certifications
Installation & Service:
Audit field installations for workmanship quality and compliance to specs/drawings
Handle customer issues and ensure resolution through effective corrective actions
Warehouse & Logistics:
Oversee incoming and outgoing inspection programs for raw/finished goods
Develop handling/storage SOPs to minimize damage and maintain part/product quality
