Role Description:
The Quality Assurance Coordinatorplays a pivotal role in enhancing our organizational efficiency and effectiveness through the development, implementation, and management of quality standards and procedures. This position ensures that all operational processes align with our organizational goals, maintaining a high standard of quality across various functions and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Quality Standards Development and Oversight
- Develop and continually update quality measurements and standards for all Operational processes
- Implement and monitor ISO 27000 standards, ensuring full compliance across all relevant functions
- Track and ensure that all quality standards are fully implemented and adhered to in all designated activities
Audit and Compliance
- Conduct regular and random audits to verify the presence and effectiveness of established processes & identifying areas for improvement
- Perform Quality Control and Assurance checks, addressing and rectifying any deviations with prompt and appropriate corrective actions
- Assist departments by providing detailed analyses of quality findings, identifying root causes, and recommending comprehensive action plans with specific timelines
Documentation and Reporting
- Develop detailed documentation outlining the company's quality standards and operational procedures
- Maintain records of audit results and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and accountability within organizational processes
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate understanding and implementation of quality standards
- Provide support and guidance on quality improvement initiatives and compliance issues to enhance and boost overall operational effectiveness
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role
- A Six Sigma certification is essential
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is essential
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is essential
- Demonstrate proficiency in the principles of Quality Assurance
- Experience with Process Design is essential
- Preferably familiar with ISO 27001:2022 standards
- Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different departments
- Proficiency in English is required with Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
