Job Description

We are Hiring: Quality Assurance Specialist in Xceed 'monitoring
Fluency in English - B2 -
Location: Maadi- Cairo.
Job Description:
Identify and fix production defects
Implement and monitor quality assurance actions
Analyze statistical data
Ensure user expectations during testing
Create QA policies and procedures
Investigate customer complaints and issues
Improve quality performance and provide training tips
Requirements:
Call Center experience. Experience in telecom industry (Accounts) is a must
GSM (Mobile) experience (6 Min to 1 year).
Quality Analyst experience (1year minimum).
Strong computer skills and QA application knowledge.
