Duties And Responsibilities:
- Supervise Quality Assurance inspector.
- Conduct quality and food safety trainings.
- Ensure all quality and food safety parameters are being followed.
- Support in the development and improvement of quality and food safety plans.
- Support in the development of quality assurance standard at gelato factory.
- Prepare timely report on outcome of inspection.
- Ensure HACCP critical control points identified are being monitored properly and actions are taken in cases of deviations to CCPs and OPRPs.
- Support in identification of continual improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and proper closure of all customer and consumer complaints.
Administrative/ Managerial Responsibilities:
- Ensure all assets assigned to QA are taken care of.
- Assign and monitor objectives for quality assurance inspectors.
Mobility / Flexibility:
- Flexible to work in any sites of Sawani for a given period of time to deliver and execute assigned tasks.
