We have paired up with a leading developer in the UAE. Our Client is currently looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to work on a series of villa projects in Dubai.
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 AED
Responsibilities
- Develop standardised production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications & Expeince
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Expeince working on Villa's
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Arabic Speaking.
- 10 years min experience
