Job Summary: As the QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within our organization, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and regulations. You will manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, develop quality procedures, and implement inspection programs to maintain high standards of quality and reliability for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures in compliance with Aramco standards.
- Plan and conduct QA/QC audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss quality-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess their capability to meet quality requirements.
