Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the confectionery products, with a special emphasis on protein bars. The day-to-day tasks include quality control, quality assurance, quality auditing, quality management, and inspection of the production process.
Qualifications
- Quality control, quality assurance, and quality auditing skills
- Experience in quality management
- Inspection expertise
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
