Job Summary:
Executing the quality assurance activities to ensure that the quality of products and services are meeting the set standards.
Responsibility:
- Implementing the Internal Auditing Plan and accordingly preparing all the related report that includes the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Following-up with concerned entities to ensure the proper implementation of the required corrective and preventive actions.
- Performing the documentation of procedures and guidelines.
- Handling the cases of non-conformities concerning reporting, following up, closing and archiving.
- Following up the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).
- Reviewing the quality management system periodically.
- Following up the quality management system adherence and submitting reports to the Quality Assurance Section Head to show the level of implementation and adherence to the QMS.
- Updating the new changes in the QMS and working on its development.
- Following-up with concerned entities to ensure the proper implementation of the required corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensuring that all the cases of non-conformities are closed, saved and archived, and the corrective actions are set.
- Archiving the new changes in the QMS and supporting in its development.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/ Industrial engineering.
- Five to Eight years of experience in a similar field.
- Professional Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Certified as internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Very good in English Language and MS office.
