Enforce the quality regulations for the internal processes and support the development of policies to ensure abiding by the quality standards
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct add-hock and internal audits cycle.
- Plan & conduct internal audit sessions according to ISO 9001_2015 standards.
- Support, and participate in developing & enhancing company business processes.
- Participate in conducting any QA internal awareness sessions when needed
- Participate in developing and enhancing company policies
- Develop & submit the needed QMS reports to direct management.
- Develop and maintain all necessary records and documentation of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Develop needed reports for the audits till closing.
- Review and audit the released RF to ensure its compatibility with the contracts technically and financially.
- Review and archive the company contracts and invoices.
- Support in developing the company processes and procedures.
- Review and validate the release of the medical monetary cycle.
Qualifications
- 6-10 yrs. experience with QMS/ISO 9001-2015 standards edition
- QMS / ISO 9001_2015 internal auditor certified
- Knowledge about Enterprise Risk Management ISO 31000.
- Excellent communication skills
- Business process modeling notation (BPMN) & Visio tools background will be preferred
- Knowledge about preparing any new further standards such ISO 45000 & ISO 23001 BCMS _ Business Continuity Management
