Job Purpose:

Ensuring planning, coordination, control, and continuous improvement of processes and methods are established to control the quality of all activities at IMN network. Focusing on continuous improvement of projects using approved tools, design control, validations, and ensuring adherence to the agency regulations, pharmaceutical industry guidelines, local regulations, along with IMN network policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in quality assurance training and coaching employees on QA guidelines as per their department scope.
  • Participate in documentation system and change control implementation, including Review draft SOPs & approves, Update master document list, archive the original copies and update SOP folder on server.
  • Participate in internal audit program preparation and implementation and assure that corrective and preventative action program is effective.
  • Follow up change Management Requests and plans.
  • Participate in quality objectives proposal and follow up their execution.
  • Ensure providing proper documentation for each project such as project manual, project chart, forms, SOPs etc.
  • Assist in supplier qualifications, maintain the supplier files and perform vendor audits, where necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree of medical background.
  • Related experience: Not less than 5 - years experience in quality assurance field.
  • Skills:

1.Language:

- Arabic: Excellent.

- English: Excellent.

- Added languages are an advantage.

2.Soft Skills

-Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail oriented, good organizational traits.

- Self-motivated, with strong leadership abilities.

- Must be results oriented, multi-tasking, quick learner, respond to the urgent needs of the team and show a strong track record of meeting deadlines.

3.Computer skills:

- Excellent word processing, data entry and internet search skills.

- Comfortable with intranet, internet and e-mails.

- Demonstrated experience of MS word and excel usage.
