Quality Control Engineer - Civil
Job Purpose
Contribute in operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by preparing and implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to Organization Quality Management System.
Responsibilities
- Assist in undertaking QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.
- Participate in inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.
- Implement Quality Control procedures/work instruction, ITP (Inspection Test Plans) according to project/client requirements and follow-up for its approval.
- Participate in inspection activities with Subcontractor.
- Reporting and recording the inspection activities.
- Participate in final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.
- Participate in pre-concrete inspections and ensure that the formwork, rebar's and the concrete placing are in accordance with the approved drawings and international standards.
- Participate in inspection of Building works.
- Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct Manager or organization management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
- Related Field Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
