Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct quality inspections
- Identify and analyze quality trends and issues
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Train and mentor employees on quality principles and practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Represent the organization to external auditors and regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in quality Control, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality management principles and best practices
- 3+ years of experience in HCIS, projects as a quality control engineer
