Job Description:
- Monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assignment to each of the resources to re-balance or re-allocate them as required
- Check if there might be any delays in achieving the schedule and hold discussions with testers to figure out the issues they may be facing and strive to resolve them.
- Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the fellow team members are doing.
- Hold knowledge transfer sessions in case required for team members for the tools/techniques they would use.
- Supervise the quality control team whether juniors or seniors to make sure the work process is executed
Requirements:
- Graduated from Faculty of Computer Science or Engineering
- From 10+ years of experience
- Performance testing experience is a must
- Holder of CTAL-TA certificate (Preferred)
- Holder of Agile tester certificate (Preferred)
- Team management
- Risk management
- Excellence the use of the following tools:
- TFS
- Quality Center
- Microsoft web performance
- Microsoft Test Manager
